Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@shopgirlypopcosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
